Returns Policy

Since turning this into a full time job in 2004, I've only had four returns. Each of those returns were replaced with the same product due to damage in transit.

Customized and personalized products are non-refundable. If you are displeased with the result, I will gladly accept the piece back and recreate it in order to give you the product you ordered. Please keep in mind that I am an artist and that there is some artistic freedom in the creative process. If you order a hand sculpted piece, I will do my best to recreate your likeness, but variances occur. I sculpt based on images provided by you, and sometimes we don't see ourselves the same way images represent us. When submitting reference images, make sure the images show you in your best likeness.

Returnable items (i.e. items that are not customized or personalized) should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
